After this period, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted. Upon receipt of presale items, refunds are accepted only under the case of documented damage reported to the HONORARY KIN LLC team within seven days of arrival. Changes to presale orders (e.g. address changes) can be made by contacting HONORARY KIN LLC until shipment date. Any promotional offers or discounts applicable to presale items will be outlined on the product page. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion start date.
